About Birgit Peck

Birgit Peck serves as Executive Assistant and Licensed Agent with Platinum Properties Team, working along side Mike Schlauch, Valerie Johnson and Trent Lister.  Birgit plays a key role in supporting this advanced real estate team, helping manage the details, communication, sales and flow of each transaction so the team can remain focused on strategy, relationships, and results.

She brings a long and varied background in sales leadership, operations, and real estate investment management. Earlier in her career, Birgit spent over a decade with Hugo Boss USA, serving as Vice President of Sales. Her work spanned Germany, New York City, and Los Angeles, shaping her appreciation for structure, accountability, luxury and strong team dynamics. She later co-owned and helped lead a large sunglass retail business, where she and her husband openied more than 100 stores nationwide.  These experiences reinforces her practical, hands-on approach and belief in clear systems and consistent communication.

Outside of work, Birgit leads an active life rooted in family and the outdoors. A former Division I college tennis player at Miami University, she has spent much of her life skiing, mountain biking, racket sports and hiking in the Rockies. She and her husband, whom she credits as her rock and a trusted consultant, raised their two children in the Bozeman area and have lived in Big Sky/Bozeman for almost 30 years. Their daughter, Lander, is a highly regarded real estate and architectural photographer, and their son, Olin, is an environmental engineer with WWC Engineering. With much of her extended family also calling the area home, Birgit values community, collaboration, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking, qualities reflected in both her personal life and professional work.
